Agreement
These terms apply when you download, access, or play Block Shatter - Classic Grid. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the app.
Use of the App
You may use the app for personal entertainment. Do not misuse the app, interfere with its services, attempt to reverse engineer protected parts of the app, or use the app in a way that violates applicable law.
Gameplay and Scores
Scores, local progress, settings, and gameplay features may change as the app improves. Updates may adjust gameplay balance, fix bugs, add features, remove temporary features, or reset local progress when required for app stability.
Ads and Future Purchases
The app may show ads, including rewarded ads or interstitial ads. Future versions may add optional purchases such as ad removal, themes, or other upgrades. Any purchase terms shown by Apple, Google, or another platform also apply.
Intellectual Property
The app name, game design, visual design, code, and related materials are owned by Mark Calugay or used under applicable licenses. You may not copy, redistribute, or resell the app or its assets except where allowed by law.
No Warranty
The app is provided as is and as available. The developer does not promise that the app will always be uninterrupted, error free, compatible with every device, or available in every region.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the app changes or legal requirements change. The updated date at the top of this page will show when the terms were last revised.
